Sharing the Love of Reading Event

We Are Creed is looking for volunteers to join us at our Burr Ridge office!

This is a multi-part service event but please note we CANNOT take book donations.

On Saturday at 9am or Sunday at 11am, gently loved books will be available for volunteers to peruse and label with a “Donated by We Are Creed” sticker. Volunteers and/or groups of volunteers are then to take their “Service Event Scavenger Hunt” page to drop books off at various little libraries, train stations, public locations, etc. throughout the weekend. More directions will be provided.

For about 2 hours on Saturday, we will also hold a service event at our office to put kits together, sort books and prepare for sending domestically and internationally to those in the service, and create note cards to be used for various programs.
